 FSB Draft Notice for comment by 31 March 2010

The FSB has issued a Draft Board Notice setting out the conditions to be met under section 13B of the Act. The Notice is entitled Conditions Determined in respect of Administrators Acting on Behalf of Pension Funds.

 FSB Directive 3 on Surplus Apportionment and Nil Returns

Read the Government Gazette of 16 February 2009 to find out more about surplus apportionment schemes and nil returns. You'll notice that the Directive is divided into three sections:

  • Section I deals with general information about surplus schemes and nil returns
  • Section II deals with information and documents necessary for a submission in terms of section 15B
  • Section III also deals with information and documents, but for sections other than section 15B.
